Pillow lavas sticking out of sediment. The
big pillow on the left shows “toothpaste” grooves that form
as lava squeezes slowly out of a tube or another pillow. The fish
in the photo is another rat-tail, and there is a sea cucumber, or
Holothurian, near the bottom of the photo, like the one that made
tracks in the first slide.
