Randy Dickau (left) and Ron Comer clamp a relay transponder on the wire above a dredge that will be lowered to the seafloor. The transponder is the same one that we put on the DSL-120 sonar fish and Argo II, and is used with the seafloor navigation system to determine where the dredge is.
