WHOI guest Vinod Khosla made his first Alvin dive today, with biologist Tim Shank and pilot Bruce Strickrott. Following the dive, he was initiated with buckets of water. And though pranksters also froze his shoes, he said the dive “made it to the list of top ten things I’ve done in my life.” (Photo by Amy Nevala)
