Cook Mark Nossitor lives in Yarmouth, Mass. He helps the steward and mess attendant prepare three meals a day for 49 people on this Atlantis cruise. His favorite meal to cook? “Fish,” he said. “I grew up on Cape Cod. It’s in my blood.”
