Deep-sea art. In the background is a normal-size Styrofoam coffee cup. The others used to be normal size, but after a trip to the seafloor with Alvin, they were deformed by the intense pressure of the water. These cups are from the families of the workers at the Microbiology Lab, North Devon District Hospital, U.K.
