The rock preparation room is getting pretty crowded! Erin Todd barely has enough room to walk around as he samples and curates the basalts recovered in the last few dredge hauls. We have done 45 dredge hauls and 45 rock cores during this cruise, and have nearly 70 buckets of rocks to ship back home! The total weight of the rock samples to be shipped is over 1 ton!
